NFL Game Pass App Reviews

Ive purchased NHL gamecenter and MLB TV. Both are flawless apps that allow you to watch tons of games on demand. NFL game pass is just blackouts and reruns. You cant even watch games live half the time. Will not be purchasing. Stay away.

Tried to watch Week 1...couldnt even load a game as the servers or lack thereof were overloaded. Tried on iPhone and MacBook...same results. Good thing I did the free trial. Youd think with 250-300 you charge you would get better servers. NFL I suggest you look at MLB.com - excellent product.

The NFL should be embarrassed. Game pass is a joke. Blackout on all prime time games that they dont make you aware of. No Monday or Thursday games or Sunday night. Have to pay for all games even if you want just one teams games. I hate baseball but the mlb has the NFL totally outclassed and embarrassed for pay per view. NFL is gouging their fans. Pathetic.

App works fine but 1/2 the games are blacked out -- including Thursday and Sunday night. Ie, you still need cable to watch football. Aargh

I downloaded this app to purchase the super bowl for 13.99, however, the app falsely advertised as this is not an option. Just want others to be warned.

Only option to use the app is to purchase season pass for all 256 games. Im only interested in the 16 games of the team Im following. Why not give that option to the fans is baffling to me.

Phenomenal app, sounds like they made some excellent upgrades.. But the price is now ridiculous. I payed $150 Canadian last year, and this year it was $369.99 or 4 payments of $99.99... This is insane. Yes I understand that upgrading it may warrant a slight increase in cost, maybe 199.. But theres just no way I can afford this. Im extremely disappointed, definitely going to miss it this year. NFL got greedy again

Functionality is perfectly ok and if you are just looking for a way to watch on your tablet or phone, a good product. Great as well they added playoff games and RedZone to Canadin package this year. Ive used it for three years and been generally happy. However no matter what your home theatre set up may be, streaming (and oddly, recorded) sound quality is completely lacking, sounds like it is coming from the tinniest speakers in the world. Cable NFL coverage gets the nod on that front. Its enough to make me reconsider for next year.

I have used this app for a few years and have loved it. My love is not worth $350-$400.

The most valuable games are not available and for this reason, Im out.

Girlfriend bought me the season was super excited. Lots of games blacked out. The most annoying part is that half the games wont let me push the stream to a tv. Why I cannot connect my phone to the tv to watch a game on a larger screen is absolutely baffling. "Due to broadcast restrictions this cannot be airplayd" I dont even have an Apple TV I am simply connecting my phone with an hdmi.... over $300 I should be able to watch on a larger screen. Dont waste your money Ill never resub to this crap

As a father of 3 children how can I justify almost $400 to watch 16 games. Please make an option for team option. I am only interested in 16 games. As a fan why not make an option to pay per team games. No wonder NFL rating are down, NFL being way too greedy!

The app is good. My only issues are game blackouts and the price I think its a little to much

Ive used hundreds of apps over the last decade and this is by far the worst. Its almost like playing a slot machine- pay a weekly "subscription" fee to log in and see the only game you wanted to watch is blacked out in your region, with no other way to find out this information? This is just the NFL exercising their License To Print Money in new, offensive ways....

Ok, first - its a good app. But, the one star rating comes from one big flaw - it doesnt show the whole game!!! The Eagles game started with six minutes left in the first quarter. I paid to see the whole game, could have got the iTunes summaries for a tenth of the price. Next, it says the network speed is low and drops the video. Its not my network speed, its theirs. Next, I cant view anything but this year with the app. Had an announcer mention a play in last years Superbowl, the app wont let me move back a year. On the desktop, if you are watching a game, then check email, the quality goes to crap and doesnt return without restarting explorer. For $300, I expect an update really quick, and I want a refund if I cant watch every minute of every game - that is what you sold me, that is what I want.

20 min. into the Giants and Washington game and so far everything looks good!
